Maria Branagan

Maria Branagan is an actor and writer from Meath. She plays the role of Gail in series two of Harry Wild opposite Jane Seymour and Rohan Nedd and can also be seen in the supporting role of Martha in Jack Armstrong’s feature, Made in Dublin, which received three awards at the Cannes World Film Festival, including Best Independent Feature.

Maria graduated from the Cork School of Music with a BA Honours degree in Theatre and Drama Studies. She then furthered her studies at the National Screen Acting School of Ireland, ‘Bow Street’, on their full-time Acting for Screen programme where she was tutored by renowned acting coach, Gerry Grennell. Maria has had the privilege of participating in workshops hosted by Theatre Lovett and masterclasses hosted by Owen Roe at both The Gate and the Abbey Theatre.
